Shipping
You may modify your order anytime, prior to your order being shipped. Once the order is shipped you will not be able to make any modifications.
If you require a change of shipping address, you may modify your order anytime prior to your order being shipped. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped you will no longer be able to make modifications.
Whilst we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possibly, we do not currently offer a same day delivery option. Most of our orders arrive within 4 to 7 days.
Payment
Unfortunately we do not offer a payment on delivery option. All items need to be paid for using Stripe or Paypal online.
Yes, our payment options allow you to pay for your orders using most credit or debit cards.
If you haven’t recieved a confirmation of your order, pleaes send us an email with your name and order summary to: hello@shpree.com. We will review this and get back to you immediately.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.
Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on shpree.com receives the following guarantees:
- full refund if you don’t receive your order;
- full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (14 business days not including 2 business days processing);
- full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged;
- full refund if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
You can submit refund requests within:
- 10 business days after the order is delivered;
- 45 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message to hello@shpree.com.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Easy Returns
All our products are backed with a 60-day money back guarantee. Just send a message to hello@shpree.com and we will refund the purchase price once we receive the returned item.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. No questions asked! You only should return it at your expense.
